Our Dedicated Additive Manufacturing Facility is Under Construction

Paragon Medical is building a new 34,000 square foot manufacturing facility on our Pierceton campus. When complete, the facility will allow us to integrate the additive manufacturing process from powder to finished good.

We’ll be able to provide complex medical parts that are stronger and lighter – and we’ll be able to produce those parts in less time, with less waste.

Facility Construction Updates

The Paragon team broke ground on our new additive manufacturing facility on September 23, 2021 and we expect the facility to be fully operational by the end of next year. We’ll update this page as we make process with the construction, equipment installation, and other milestones.

Major Events:

  • September 13, 2021: Paragon presents additive manufacturing expansion plan to the Pierceton town council
  • September 23, 2021: Paragon breaks ground on the new additive manufacturing facility
  • October 18, 2021: Construction begins on foundation, dock, parking lots, and drives
