Unsheathed Bayonet Spinal Surgical Knives

Unsheathed bayonet surgical knives are bayonet style for improved visibility during tissue dissection. The knives are extremely sharp and strong to enable precise transection with minimal disruption of peripheral tissue. The handles are ergonomically designed to fit comfortably in the surgeon’s hand.

Sheathed Spinal Surgical Knives

Two styles available:  

• Retractable blade that is protected by a stationary sheath
• Stationary blade that is protected by a retractable sheath  

The knife handles are ergonomically designed, and the blade is actuated by the user via thumb actuation when ready for the incision. 

Straight Sheathed Knife with Moving Metal Sheath Product No. 1571

This knife incorporates a moving sheath with a blade that remains stationary. The sheath is actuated by a mechanism integral to the handle. The blade is extremely sharp and offers the same advantages of the unsheathed knives in a sheath version.

Sheathed Bayonet Knife with Moving Blade Product No. 1587

This knife incorporates a moving blade that is encased in a stationary sheath that is extended out of the sheath by the surgeon when near the cutting site. The metal handle incorporates a slide mechanism that allows the surgeon to easily move the blade out of the sheath as desired and to move the blade back within the sheath at any time.

This button actuated monopolar electro-cautery pencil provides uncompromised “cut” and “coag” performance throughout a variety of procedures and tissues. The pencil is bayonet style for improved visibility.
