Plus, our control of the deburring process includes extrude honing and electropolishing so precise, burr-free results are achieved.

As implant manufacturing advances, new technology and processes are bringing about changes and improvements in implant production. Paragon Medical is at the forefront of implant manufacturing with experienced traditional manufacturing experts and equipment as well as expertise in additive manufacturing. To increase our capacity, we are investing $35 million over five years in a dedicated additive manufacturing facility. The new facility will give us the ability to integrate the entire manufacturing process, from powder to finished good. The facility is expected to be fully operational by the end of 2022.
