BASIC SERVICE
Paragon Medical provides a Sterilization Validation Service to our customers that will validate steam penetration throughout a given wrapped surgical delivery system case in a 270° F steam sterilization cycle. A comprehensive final report will be prepared, supplying all raw data, summary data, conclusions and recommendations.
EXTENDED SERVICES
The FDA and regulatory departments of some customers may require additional studies. These may include: process parameters, specific instrument sterility testing and multiple varieties of BI testing. Paragon Medical is experienced in all these areas, and is able to orchestrate all details from start to finish.

We custom extrude polyphenylsulfone and polysulfone as well as other engineered plastic sheets in a variety of standard and custom colors in both translucent and opaque. Our one-of-a-kind polymer extrusion line sets Paragon apart as the only supplier in the world who extrudes their own raw material, allowing us the opportunity to do custom colors in small lot sizes.
