Aesculap, a subsidiary of B. Braun, is the market leader in reusable rigid container systems used for the packaging, transportation, and storage of instruments. Similarly, Paragon Medical is a market leader in the design, manufacture and supply chain management of custom and standard instrument delivery systems. This cooperative partnership combines two market leaders, addresses an obvious market demand for customized closed sterile containers and expands the portfolio of products and services Paragon is able to provide to the industry.

Under the agreement, Paragon will have marketing and distribution rights to design internalized custom containment solutions utilizing the Aesculap closed sterile container system.
